Canvas Print of Talybont Reservoir as best seen in early November. Clouds are reflected in the still waters. This reservoir is beautiful all year round simply because of where it is sited in the Brecon Beacons National Park. And especially so when the wind drops. It is popular with visitors and locals alike. Good views of and across the reservoir can be seen from the dam road. Talybont Reservoir is hemmed in on two sides by high wooded hills. It lies in the Central Brecon Beacons. You can continue along the Talybont Valley to arrive at Blaen y Glyn Falls. These falls are also known as the Caerfanell Falls, with an infrequently visited set of falls above the main one.
